About the Role:

We’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and build a brand people love. You’ll work directly with the CEO to grow our user base, build a strong team, and make Sirius a household name for entrepreneurs in Moldova and Ukraine.

What You’ll Do:

• Build the Sirius brand, including launching a new logo, tagline, and copy by May 2025.
• Grow the marketing team, starting with 3 people in the first year and scaling to 20 by year three.
• Run campaigns that boost monthly user signups by 30%.
• Create 4 viral campaigns that make Sirius the go-to platform for entrepreneurs.
• Plan and host the Sirius Deep Dive event for industry leaders and customers.

Day-to-Day Work:

• Write blog posts and newsletters to engage users and drive signups.
